CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance to avoid being charged the full service amount.
LATE ARRIVALS
There is a ten minute grace window. After that, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the next guest isn't impacted. 50% of the service amount will be charged for clients rescheduling due to late arrival.
NO-SHOWS
Missing your appointment without notice results in the full service amount being charged.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
Extra guests and children are not allowed unless they're being serviced, too. The studio is a reserved space. (:
PAYMENTS
All payments are non-refundable.
CARD ON FILE
Card on file is required to book and secure your appointment.
RESCHEDULING
Reschedules must be made at least 24hrs in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service amount.
EARLY ARRIVALS
We kindly ask that guests arrive no more than 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time, unless earlier arrival has been approved by LashWay Boulevard.
HOLIDAY & BEFORE/AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS
Appointments taking place on a federal holiday (including Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve) are up-charged by $50. Appointments accepted before 10AM or after 6PM are up-charged by $25.

| LASH EXTENSION/LASH LIFT APPOINTMENTS |
PLEASE DO :

Complete all forms required before appointment.

Arrive with a clean lash line. No eye makeup, mascara, or oily moisturizer on/around eyes. Excessive product on your eyes requires a deeper, longer cleanse and comes with an extra charge of $5.

Remove contact lenses before your appointment. Bring your eyeglasses.

Eat a light meal before hand so you stay comfortable lying down.

Use the restroom before we start. Most services are 1-2 hours long.

Let your artist know about allergies, sensitivities, and recent procedures.
PLEASE DONT :

Do not wear water-proof mascara, eyeliner, or lash strips in the 24 hrs prior to your appointment. Excessive product on your eyes requires a deep cleanse and comes with an extra charge.

Do not consume caffeine before your appointment as it can cause fluttering eyes, jitters, and prolong the service.

Do not use creams and oils on your lash extensions.

Do not twist/pick/pull your lash extensions and lash lift.

Do not use a sauna or sweat profusely until 24hrs after your lash extension or lash lift appointment.

Do not use a lash curler on your lash extensions.

Do not schedule lash lifts less than six weeks out after your last lash lift appointment.
| WAX SERVICES |
PLEASE DO :

Grow hair the length of a grain of rice so wax can grip effectively.

Gently exfoliate area 24-48hrs before.
-
Ensure your skin is cleansed and free of make-up/oil.

Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds at least 24-48hrs after your wax appointment.
PLEASE DON'T :

Don't use retinols, AHA's, BHA's, and benzoyl peroxide less than a week prior to your wax appointment.

Don't consume caffeine or alcohol the day of your appointment, as it can increase skin sensitivity.

Don't tan, sunbathe, or apply heavy lotions/oils on the day of your wax appointment.

Don't apply heavy lotions/oils, scented products for 24hrs after your wax appointment to avoid clogging your pores.

Don't work-out, use a sauna, sweat intensely, or take hot, steamy showers immediately after your wax appointment.
| BROW SERVICES |
Please Do:

Arrive with clean brows | no make-up or products on brows.

Keep brows completely dry for the first 24-48 hours. This includes avoiding steamy showers and heavy workouts that cause sweating.

Sleep on your back to avoid squishing the hairs or flattening them against your pillow.
Please Don't :

Do not get them wet for 24 hrs after appointment | no face-washing over the brows, swimming, or steam rooms.

Do not apply makeup or heavy skincare products on or immediately around the brows.
-
Do not touch, rub, or pick at the treated area to prevent irritation and shifting the shape.

Do not get acidic facials (like chemical peels, AHAs, or BHAs) for 5 days before or after your service.

Do not schedule a brow lamination less than six weeks out from your last brow lamination.
